Technical details

The full picture: how we work, what we have built, and every sample with its numbers — demonstration pieces and the production work behind our references.

How we work

The same loop for a one-hour fix and a month-long build. Larger work is split into milestones you can check one by one.

  1. Understand the goal

We say back in one sentence what you want to achieve, and ask only the questions that change the plan or the price.

  2. Plan

Scope, milestones with dates and a price per milestone — plus the risks you may not have seen, before any money moves.

  3. Build

In your stack and conventions, in a separate secured folder for your project. Work continues overnight.

  4. Independent review

Every change gets an independent review that looks for the blind spots of the work it checks.

  5. Tests

Automated tests plus a run on the real target: a browser, a staging copy, your sample data.

  6. Hand-over

You see it working first. Then the code, tests, run notes and hand-over documents. No lock-in.

  • Nothing paid to us up frontThe platform holds each milestone in escrow, and you release it only once you have seen the work running as agreed.

  • 3 small changes includedWithin 3 weeks after you approve the work, three small changes cost nothing extra — and defects are fixed free.

  • Replies within minutesAround the clock, every day. You wake up to progress, not to silence.

  • Your project stays on recordYou never re-explain the context, even months later.

What we have built

Hive, the operations platform that runs our companies — shop, ads, customer support, servers and code; Atlas, a research platform with persistent memory; a research programme whose result is published with a DOI; and five open-source developer tools.

Cross-family code review

Our open-source review tool

Bug recall 0.80–0.87 vs 0.40 for five parallel reviewers from one model family, on the same 15-bug test project.

Our own open-source tool (MIT), used on every repository we write.

Open-source tools for AI coding agents

Our open-source developer tools

−55.5 % tokens on a public Python library with 786 tests verified; ~30 % less triage context on a 350-file codebase.

Our own open-source tool (MIT), used on every repository we write.

E-shops and websites

Shopware, PrestaShop, Shopify and WooCommerce: speed, checkout, catalogue imports and fast websites — and the servers they run on.

Product CSV for Shopify and WooCommerce, checked before import

Product CSV for Shopify and WooCommerce, checked before import

A messy warehouse export of 20 products with sizes and colours had to become import files for Shopify and WooCommerce. A validator listed every problem by row and column; safe fixes ran by rule, the rest became 12 short questions; then both import files were built.

All 24 planted problem cells caught, no false alarms. After the fixes the sheet matched the true catalogue row for row. Shopify file in the layout of Shopify's official template; 22 of 22 checks: same 85 SKUs, prices, sale prices, stock and barcodes in all files. Checked against the spec, not imported into a live shop.

A 48-order stress test with duplicates, shuffled delivery and a carrier outage ends with 0 mismatches after replay; 12 integration tests.

STEP model to 2D shop drawings

A Python pipeline on the OpenCASCADE kernel reads a STEP part in any pose, finds its orientation from its faces and holes, and draws front, top, side and isometric views on an A3 sheet with dimensions, hole callouts and a title block.

Every printed dimension checked against the 3D model and an independent measurement: 58 of 58 match on three test parts, and a deliberately wrong number is caught.

Launch-week social graphics: 3 concepts × 3 sizes

Launch-week social graphics: 3 concepts × 3 sizes

A launch campaign for a fictitious skincare serum: three creative directions, each as a 1080 × 1080 post, a 1080 × 1920 story and a 1200 × 628 web banner, built in HTML/CSS around our own 3D product renders with real shadows, so copy and sizes stay editable.

9 graphics at exact sizes, briefed copy checked by OCR and by eye, story text clear of the app's buttons; editable source files and a size sheet included.

Product photos to cutouts, white shop images and social sizes

Product photos to cutouts, white shop images and social sizes

Five product photos taken in different places — a studio shot, a phone photo on an office table, a lamp in a living room — cut out with a segmentation mask and careful edge clean-up, then placed on pure white at 2000 × 2000 for the shop and on soft colours in three social sizes. The products themselves are never retouched.

Every opaque product pixel identical to the original photo (0 of 13.7 million changed); edges checked at 200 % on magenta; on our own render the cutout matches an exact reference mask at 99.3 % overlap.

Editable 6-slide pitch deck in PowerPoint

A retail-partner pitch for a fictitious skincare brand: brand fonts and colours set in the theme, a slide master with named layouts, our product renders, and a native PowerPoint chart whose data opens with Edit Data. The numbers are invented and labelled as demo data.

Reopened and rendered in a second office suite: all 53 text strings present, nothing overflows its box (fullest box 93 %), chart data identical to the source; PPTX, PDF and previews delivered.

SEO and copywriting

Technical SEO audits with the fixes applied, and product copy where every claim is backed by your own facts.

Technical SEO audit of a small shop, with the fixes applied

Technical SEO audit of a small shop, with the fixes applied

A 7-page shop of a fictitious brand was slow on phones and showed duplicate titles. We crawled every page, measured each with Lighthouse, wrote a page-by-page report (issue, evidence, fix, priority), applied the fixes and measured again.

57 issues found, 0 left on the re-crawl. Lighthouse on mobile: SEO 88 to 100 on average, performance 75 to 100, page weight 53.7 MB to 433 KB. Lighthouse alone scored two pages 100 that had 17 issues. No ranking promise: the audit removes technical obstacles and proves each fix.

Product descriptions in English and Czech, every claim sourced

Product descriptions in English and Czech, every claim sourced

A fictitious skincare brand sent a fact sheet for five products. We wrote short and long descriptions, bullets, SEO titles and meta descriptions in English and Czech, and traced every sentence back to the fact sheet. Medical and unsupported claims were left out, with the reason.

All 187 claims cite the fact sheet and all 96 numbers match their source; qualifiers such as "on average" stay with the number. 0 banned claim terms. All 10 titles and metas measured to fit search results. Three client wishes we could not back with facts were declined in writing. Text files plus a paste-ready spreadsheet.

Google Ads account audit — fictitious skincare shop

From 30 days of synthetic Google Ads report exports (campaigns, search terms, locations, conversions), a read-only audit ranks findings by money at stake, cites every evidence row by file and line, and prepares the changes as a Google Ads Editor import with a rollback file.

8 of 8 planted problems found, 0 on a clean control account. Reported return 5.6× vs 2.9× on shop orders; £365–£632 a month on searches and countries that cannot buy. One-page owner summary, 20 automated tests.

GA4 + Tag Manager checkout tracking audit

GA4 + Tag Manager checkout tracking audit

A browser test walks a mock shop's checkout and checks every GA4 e-commerce event (view_item to purchase) against the spec: one purchase per order, currency, numeric values net of VAT, no personal data in URLs. Delivered: defect · evidence · fix report, fixed code, importable GTM container.

The buggy build sent one order 4 times on reload, without currency, with the customer's e-mail in the page URL. The same tests fail on it for exactly these reasons and all pass on the fixed build.
